I have some older american money and i was wondering if there is a book out there like the Charleston for american paper money to use as a guide

 Yes there is, I have one but it is a few years old now. If you list what you have, some forum members would probably give you a value on them if there aren't too many.

Here's the book you need. It covers pretty well everything except for the Colonial period (pre-1800) and Obsolete Notes (private banks).

 Thanks Ottawa. I didn't answer the question properly  :P. He was asking for a book and not the value of notes.
