What grade do you think it is by this pik
I know its hard to be accurate but can you give me an  idea

its over graded but by how bad

I think that if you're going to collect notes that pricey, you really need to learn to grade for yourself to avoid making any significant mistakes.  Either that or get the note cross-graded by another company.
