Hello, I am interested in selling the note.  How much are you willing to offer for it?  Thanks Dianne!

Are you serious or wasting people's time? Offer it up in the Trading Post thread, ebay, respond to YOUR requests. or pack it in?
First off,you must decide if you're serious.

I have sent you several emails in regards to the purchase of this note as well.  In my last email I asked to
view the note prior to making an offer, and even offered to drive out to Oshawa, but I never got a reply
back.

If you are serious about selling this note you must understand that viewing the note will be a necessity,
if you want to get the maximum return from its sale.
