No it is not. Radar notes read the same forewards or backwards  7744477.
Yours could be discribed as a 2 digit serial #

In my opinion, 7744444 is not a RADAR.

Thanks.   :-*

Hi ,
I'm glad this question was asked. It leads me to another one.
What would  be the $ value of a 2 digit note?Since they must be harder to obtain.
There is no listing in the Catalogue, and the way some of the digits are uniquely arranged are interesting.Such as 2226666,or 0070000 and 9996666.
I realize that a lot of different factors effect the value of a Note.Any thoughts? ;)

as there is nothing special about them..other than they may have numbers in a row...yes I know..its unique....however: there hasn't been strong collectors influence on this type of note to have impacted on the dealers...hence IMHO no relevant listing in any of the publications.
