i have these $10 notes ,do you consider they are ladder number ?
please advised

A ladder note would be: 0123456, 1234567, 2345678 or 4567890 ;).

If there was a 6 instead of one of the zeroes, it would be what I call a scrambled ladder... ;D ;D ;)
