Yep, move the signature over and then add the deputy governor signature lol

Very interesting (thanks for sharing robb4640") but I wouldn't wager it will be "Wilkins" as the next governor -just yet. While it is a politically correct move, the other candidates are pretty impressive too (& we all know how political Ottawa can be). It will be interesting to see what happens with the signature change-overs/prefixes...
