Title: It doesn't always pay to remove a note from its TPG's slab

I just noticed a 1954 $10 * UT 0238347 was graded by BCS on May 2009 as an F15 ...then on Aug 20 2010 as a VF20 (on you know where) .......maybe someone had some trouble getting the note out of the original slab and bend it a little more than they wanted to ;D

Im a tad confused.....It was a F15 and now is a VF20..... isn't that an improvement? Or perhaps you reversed your gradings..... should be "May 2009 VF20 and then Aug 20 2010 F15"?
