New jumping banner has to go !

Wow, I can't even click on anything. The rotating ads up in the banner are making the screen jump up and down. Please, I beg the powers that be...Make it stop!

You are right, depending on the size of the add it makes the pages go up or down. It makes it hard to stay on the same line you are readind or even typing.  >:(
