Hi. I'm completely new to this, so please...be gentle. Someone filled me in on radars the other day, and since then, I've found a few. I get new bills at my job, all in sequence, and in great condition. I'm just trying to find out more about who collects them and stuff like that. As well, I am keeping my eye out for inserts. I sold a couple to the guy who first told me about them, but I think I'll just keep them from now on and sell them to collectors who are interested, so if anyone is looking for good quality radars, let me know. :)

Oh, and if there is anything else that I should be looking out for, please let me know. If 2-digit or 1-digit notes are at all valuable, I will keep them as well. Like I said, I'm pretty new at this...

You had better keep those 1 and 2 digit radars because you could probably feed your family for a month if you sold a one digit radar. 2 digit radars are still rare as well. If I remember correctly, there are 9 1 digit radars and 99 2 digit radars for every prefix of 9 999 999 notes.

What would be an example of a one digit radar and a two digit radar so I can keep my eyes wide open for them? Thanks for the insight in advance!

A radar is a number that reads the same forwards or backwards a solid radar (one number) would be all the same number 1111111, 6666666, 8888888.
Two digit would be 3131313,2252522 or 6663666
Three digit 2251522, 7199917
Hope this helps.

I like RADAR notes. Would gladly purchase a few if they were made available. Even the lowly 4 digit variety too.

True that there is 9 solid radars in a 10 million notes (the #0000000 is normally taken out and destroyed), but there is no 99, but 630 2-digits radars, 4320 3-digits radars and 5040 4-digits radars in the same run, for a total of 9999 radars per 10 million notes.
