I have a 1954 $1 bill with the serial number 8888881 what is the name for this

I also have anoether one with 6666661 (I think thats the serial number)

If it had been 8888889 you would have had a shoulder note to the solid radar 8888888.

For this one you would need 6666665 and 6666667, these would be shoulder notes.

:-\ I would not say that these notes are nothing :o. They are classified as "special" or "exotic" numbered notes. In EF to AU I have seen them fetch around 30.00 on ebay. I have 2 54 1.00 and 2.00 notes with #'s 7477777 and 7877777, which I both bought from ebay sellers :).

I like the term "Near-solids" but it's not as accurate as Venga50 puts calls them. There is definitely a market for them. Drop me a PM if you're interested in selling it.

Nice note! I really like the "Near Solids" as well. They look cool.
