Greetings,
I am attempting to price a 4 digit Radar 1935 English $1 note in EF that I would be interested in receiving some feedback/thoughts from forum members as to your best guess on market value.
Because of its rarity Charlton does not price such a note. Serial # is B4912194.
Thanks
Troy

Woah!!! This is really hard to say. Well a normal B series in EF would go for $250. A radar... $400-500

Nah,
Much more than that ;D

Love to see a pic Troy!!

Stay tuned, if I get the price I want on this note it's going to be headed my way along with the 1937 $1 solid serial # note I just bought from the same person.
Thanks

Hello Rachel's,
I'd say 300-400 tops for that grade, maybe less. A slightly higher grade Osborne $1 1937 4-digit radar sold for about $200 a little while ago. The closest thing I've bought was this VG/Fine $10 A0060600/A for almost $300, ....except they forgot to print the first zero ???. Luckily they didn't make the same mistake with yours ;)

Did Troy ever manage to sell his? I know it was on eBay for ages with an asking price in the thousands....
