Title: 2004 $20 star note valu

Hi ,
I am not a US notes collector but i went yesterday to the bank to get some
US $$ , i got a $20 CB 04429027 * in F .
I am going tomorrow to the US is it worth to keep or to spend ??

Its a 2004 $20? Interesting, in my book it gives listings for CB-* but for the 2001 series $20. In CU its priced at $125 which is the only price listed, so in F grade probably worth around $30. My book is a 2006 edition so it is outdated.

Sounds like perhaps a typo. CB-* notes shouldn't be numbered that high and wouldn't be marked 2004. I'm guessing it's Series 2004A GB-*. If so, the note would have been printed in April 2007.

My catalogue is a little old and doesn't price this note. Considering that it is part of a 2,880,000-note print run, and that it is in Fine condition, I wouldn't place a value of more than USD$25 on it, and I fear I'm being generous at that. My vote: spend it.

Its 2004 there is B2 on the left  H 72 on the right   .
