Ok, most of the other threads have an icon as part of their title. Anyone got any ideas on how you portray "Polymer" in a 30x30 icon?

Suggestion 1.

Not sure how much I like this one, but what the heck...

This one is from the corner area of an Aussie $10 polymer note.

PS: Thanks to Tom for having a website where I could grab the parts I needed for the other icons (Test, Error, Replacement...).  The Radar icon is from my own collection.

Suggestion 2.

This one is from a Thailand 500 Bhat note showing the hologram corner area.

Again, not sure how much I like this.  It's not as easy as grabbing a *V/E chunk...

Suggestion 3.

I like this a bit better than the first two...

If you're interested Paul, I have a lots of polymer and I'd be happy to do up a few images for you to play around with.

The two that come to mind are my Duranote (made in Ontario) and the two new Kwacha notes from Zambia (printed by CBN).

She's BACK!   ;D

Glad to see you again LeeAnn. It's been awhile, and while the whole board missed you, this particular topic missed you the most.

As requested, the free 30 page sample of the "Specialized Catalogue of World Plastic Money" first issue, is downloadable from:
