Has anybody seen a 20 with the bootom of the note look like its off a sheet with perforation?

I did send a scan to get posted.
The ser # is FIL 2053176, and the edge is on the bootom of the note only, Plate/ position # are Back 13, front 13.
maybe the note was from the bottom of the sheet?

I believe that PN 13/13 would not be from the bottom of the sheet.
Also sheets do not typically have perforation so if you are thinking that some how a perforated part of the sheet got into your note than it would highly unlikely.
