Is this note rare? I know even if its expensive which this one is not cash has nothing to do with rarity.

This note is DC-21g and grade might be over graded but with all that are they worth keeping?

It is not a rare note as the term rarity is understood with respect to Canadian paper money.
The last Charlton catalogue says 77 known, and the total keeps rising gradually.
It is a great note because of its design, which results in its popularity, and therefore it is fairly expensive.
The grade is well above the average for this specific note as well.
It comes from an important collection so it has a good pedigree.
If it's yours, keep it, respect it, love it, and show it off frequently.  My 2ยข.
