Title: Hi. Very curious about the bills I just came across

Can some one help. I just came across the notes last night and am curious as to their value
They are in sequence...

Centennial of Canadian Confederation
Bank of Canada
Ottawa 1967 $1 dollar bills
Beattie Raminsky
UNC Untouched

HP 0000115
HP 0000116
HP 0000117
HP 0000118

the notes catalogue for $100 each because they are considered low numbers
