is the $5 APR  prefix worth holding onto? i just noticed it says issue of 06 printed in 08 so i was curious

The note is from the 2006 note series with the updated security features, and printed in 2008.

Off the top of my head, I do not think there is anything special with this prefix.

APR is abundant here in Ottawa.
