I have UNC 1954 Devils Face bills:

$10.00 S# A/D0000371
$20.00 S#A/E0000371
$50.00 S#A/H0000371
$100.00 S#A/J0000371

How much would the whole set be worth?

According to the Charlton's CGPM22, a Devil's Face set 1$-100$ is listed at 5500$ in AU-UNC.  If yours is really better, the price can be higher...
