Hi, I don't have a book for these either:
Bank of Montreal $10.00 Jan. 1938 UNC 086149
The Canadian Bank of Commerce 2nd Jan 1935 $10.00 UNC 163321
The Royal Bank of Canada $10.00 Jan 2, 1935 UNC 834680 and 1384547
Dominion of Canada (Train $5) B471795 AU
Dominion of Canada (Train $5) B471780 UNC
What are they worth and how is the best way to sell them?
Thank you in advance.

Hello, I can help with the train notes,
I believe that both notes are 1912 DC-21c, with the signature of (T.C.) Boville.
The current Charlton Book values are as follows.
Dominion of Canada (Train $5) B471795 AU $4000
Dominion of Canada (Train $5) B471780 UNC $6300

The best way to sell these notes depends on your needs.
Check some online auction results, search Ebay for like notes, check with local dealers, visit a local paper money show or entertain offers on this forum.
These things will answer your question as to your quickest and/or most profitable way of selling your notes.
Thanks, Chilliwackdave.

Notes of that quality and high value should not be thrown away on eBay or at a dealer unless you only want to get rid of these notes now and want money for them now. If money isn't an issue, consign them to a major auction house. Not saying which auction house to use because opinions vary.
