Does this have any value?

2006 $5 bill,circulated,with folds,but still firm.
Serial no. AOJ8980898.
Jenkins & Dodge signatures.

I might be worth a little more than face, but not by much. Most people that collect radars usually like them UNcirculated, but if there's someone trying to collect a set of notes with the same serial then they might be willing to offer more.

If it were uncirculated it would be 15

I assume this is a typo....I believe most people like the UNCIRCULATED :)
