Grade: EF or Vf no idea how to grade can tell its been folded

Serial number ELY 8118118

Found at Kawartha Downs wondering if it may be worth more since it reads the same upside down as well?

Nice find Chance....your's is not to shabby as well MG.

The note you refer to in your post is a SWIMS or rotator note, It must have the #'s 0,6,8,9 in it eg.  8998668 or 8008008 ....so the 1's kind of messes that up....some may call it a poormans rotator cuz of the 1 still neet 2 digit radar ...$40-50 +or- depending on condition.
