Title: How do I enter bills?

I click on Serial Number DB, and all i get is a screen that just displays the total bills entered, and nothing else.

Click the large link that says Add new notes.

I dont see it...  all I get is this:

The serial number database seems to working fine today at last check. I don't know why its not working for you  ???

There may be a bug with the site. I can't do much investigation from here at work, but I'll look into it more tonight when I get home. I'll reply back to this thread when I have an update.

Please try logging in again. You should have access at this point.

A change I made in March to the permissions model broke the login script causing new members to not properly be configured. It should be fixed now.
