Title: 1991 $20 Transparent Note - Image Uploaded

--->    I have a VF $20 Bill

--->    Serial#ESW4291579 OTTAWA

From the front the bill looks normal.  From the back you can see the front in its entirety, pictures & all print.

can you post scans of the front and back please. without them, it's impossible to assess.

Your picture has not uploaded. Sounds like an offset printing error though. This is where the wet front of a note transfers to the back of another note.

I concur with Gary_T's assessment. The note is clearly a full offset printing error.

I'd say $400 anyways. Any other estimates?
