Hi
I have a sheet of $2 bills ,uncut, 1986 serial # bbu but personnaly signed by Thissen and Crow.

Could it be worth more or less ?

I can`t, my scanner is small and the glass is lower than the frame so I might damage the sheet, I just looked at the signatures and forgotten that Mr. crow signed it personnaly to me , he wrote "with best wishes ". Anyway I will try a take a picture tonight.
