Title: Uncut sheet of $1 bills

Does anyone know what this is worth?

I have an uncut sheet of 1973 $1 bills (4X10) that is still in the tube from the Bank of Canada.  The prefix is ECP.

in pristine condition (no edge bumps but not usually found in this condtion) probably $225. In normally found condition (AU, with typical edge bumps) about $175

It sat in the closet without being opened for years.
