Title: Canadian $1,000 dollar bills

I have 2 of these bills, probably fine to very fine condition if I read the characteristics correctly. They are the older bills, Ottawa 1954 appears under Banque. It looks Lawson is teh Deputy Governor. I can't make out the governor's signature. Does anyone have a suggestion where I can go to determine the value of these notes?
