Title: How does one access auction results?
Post by: OldCoinGuy on December 16, 2010, 03:56:22 pm

I have tried internet searches and direct access to some of the auction sites but I cannot find how to obtain complete auction results from, say, Torex 2010.

The highlight sales seem to be published here and there but I would like to see all results.  I know some auction houses will provide the results if you are a registered bidder.

FYI, if you're only interested in the banknote auction results, only pages 12 and 13 have banknotes (if you're viewing 50 items per page, the total # pages is 17).

Please be aware that there may be some errors when viewing auction results online, and may give a false sense of the market.
The best thing to do is to obtain the prizes realized from the auctioneer for an accurate indication of what sold and for how much.
