Title: Birth Year Serial #'s

Hello

Would birth serial numbers such as e.g 8/28/1970 or in serial # form 8281970 add any value? How bout having a large quantity of consecutive birth notes from a regular issue, say from 4/15/1930-4/15/1970 Any increased value?
