Was looking at this item on Ebay.

What's a fair price to offer. [AU-58]

Based on Canadian Government Paper Money Catalogue 50% offset in UNC is $250.

According to the same catalogue AU results in a value equal to 80% of UNC price.

This by all means it not a definitive answer, this is only a guide but its a good place to start

That's the value I came up with. Unfortunately I offered the $250. which is for UNC condition and was declined. 
Someone else can have it.   :D

I would not go over $250 for this one.
Just as well it got away.
