Title: 1881 Ontario Bank

I have an interesting 19th century document shown in the following image (post continues below)...

Notes of this institution are pretty expensive for all denominations and series, so I'm guessing they're all quite scarce.  My question is, of course, what a document like this worth (assuming it is real).
