Title: 1935 $25 French Bill
Post by: Typescore on June 13, 2011, 11:58:29 pm
This note has been offered to me in this grade.(fine15)  Is it a fair grade to give  even with the splits.  Would it be wise for book value $6375?  Would love to know from another person eye value

peace

PMG does not grade by Canadian standards.  They use looser US standards.  If you pay full catalogue for a PMG graded note using their grade at face value, you're wasting your money and you are encouraging the seller and others to send more Canadian notes to US grading companies.

I wasn't sure but to me it looks like fine 12 and even half a grade is a lot of money

Mmars Thanks!
