I am trying to determine the value of a $5 1935 note. good condition

Again pictures would be a great aid. There are three different signature combinations possible for this issue and the condition has a huge impact on the price you could realize. Best thing is to post a picture but signatures and serial numbers are a must.

My bad peace any ways

Your thinking the 1937 series
The Canadian Bank of Commerce 1935 $5 note has 3 signature combinations.
Aird-Logan
Logan-Arscott
Logan-Wedd
The Logan-Wedd signature is very rare, makes the Osbourne-Towers signature on the BoC 1937 $5 note look cheap and common by comparison.
