I have some 1991 $20 replacement notes. Are they worth keeping or should I just spend them? They are EF to F.

These are fairly common notes, in those grades they aren't worth much above face value but it really all depends which ones you have.
EIX Letter i with serifs (I) or ElX letter i without serifs (l)
