Good Afternoon,
This is my first post here, so take it easy on the newb :D
I found a few old (in my mind) notes while cleaning up.
I did some brief research, it doesn't look like these are anything special, but could somebody tell me what they're worth? They're both in "decent" condition. Are either the "Devils Face"?
Thanks! :)

Hello,
Your notes have the lithographed signatures of JR Beattie and JE Coyne. They were printed between 1956 and 1961. Both notes are the modified issue and not the Devil's Face..
The M/E prefix was a shorter one with 7,600,000 notes printed.
For the $20, in VG you could get $22-25 and the $5 perhaps $8-10 if you find a willing buyer.
Good luck,
Dean

Just a minor correction... These signatures are considered "typed", not "lithographed". The only 1954 notes to have lithographed signatures are the $50, $100 and $1000 with the last couple of signature pairs. More information can be found in the catalogue. Cheers!

The M/E prefix with Beattie/ Coyne has 2,400,000 notes printed.
