Title: 2004 cent question (off topic)

Since some of you also collect coins, i have a question concerning the 2004 1-Cent Dot variety. I have seen this variety mentioned before and just recently in the latest TCNC Catalogue (p.20). Has anyone ever seen such variety and if so where's the"DOT" located? There is no mention of this variety in the 2011 Charlton Catalogue.
