Title: is there any value to these 1$ bill

looking through the Charlton book ...1973 Serial ALM1395217 and ALM0957015 what is the grade of these bills and there value

These are really good notes to have... would love to have them in my collection  ;). Hard to say what the grade is (looking at the scan)  but they look at least EF... very scarce prefix, would go for at least $125-200 each.
