Title: 1935 gordon and towers 20 dollars bill

I have a VF 20 dollard bill serial number HE 0043735 dated 1935 signed by Gordon and Towers. Would you tell me how much it could be worth?

Gordon-Towers is a signature that appears on 1937 series notes, not 1935.  Your note catalogues about $45 and should be salable because it's a scarcer changeover prefix.
