Title: 1991 cdn 20 ink smudged

I have a 1991 $20.00 cdn bill that I got from a bank machine in 1991.  serial number EVT1171099.  On the side of the Queen starting from the right the first fifth of the bill printed normal then the next 1/3 is solid green ink and the rest of the bill is normal.  The bill is in good condition.  Is it worth anything?

Your error note is worth something, however, a scan of the note in this post is needed to better guess at it.
