Title: 1871 Bank of Commerce $10.00

I have a 1871 Bank of Commerce $10.00 bank note.  It is not in great shape.  Was hoping someone could help and tell me what it is worth?

The catalogue states that no known examples outside of institutional collections are known.  However, the 1871 $10 note was extensively counterfeited.  We need to see pictures of this note before proceeding with an evaluation.

I had it verified by a collector that it is not counterfeit but he was unsure of the price...he thought perhaps $2,000.  I will scan it and post a picture. Thank you.
