I came across a note that would be from the same sheet as one posted as a high note on SNDB.  8)

There is a note posted in SNDB as a high note:

HBM 9998368

I came across a note

HBM 9995968 13/13

Based on my calculation the note posted on SNDB should have a plate number of 06/06

Oddly enough, I actually kept this note & just checked it now. Your calculations are correct: 06/06 are the plate numbers.
