Title: 1954 devil's face one dollar bill

I have this 1954 devil's face one dollar bill but I'm not sure if it's worth anything? Does anyone of you guys know what the value might be?

A scan of the note would help a great deal. We need to know the note's condition, signatures and serial # (since value varies by prefix and if it's a replacement note).
