I don't think there's a way to confirm a SNDB entry when the image isn't linked directly to the entry.


If a user goes in to manually verify a SNDB entry without an image directly attached, the following message appears: "You cannot confirm or flag this note until an image has been posted."


Whenever possible, it's best to add the image at the same time as logging the note.

I remember seeing plenty of GKD $100s in the 9 million range in St. John's. Have been circulating there for about two years at this point.  It makes me wonder if the original poster of this thread is from Atlantic Canada.
