Title: Polymer $5 folder
Post by: AZ on January 06, 2025, 05:49:00 pm: This polymer $5 folder is being sold on eBay. I had never seen it until a couple of months ago. Is this an official BoC product or a private creation?

I believe it was an official Bank of Canada offering. I have seen this same auction on eBay and the note has the serial number HBH4390348 (see image). The starting price of the auction is CAD $15 with no bids.

Looks like something you would buy at the Bank of Canada gift shop as a souvenir.

Thanks. Now that you mentioned it, I remember seeing this $10 folder listing too. Has anyone seen similar folders with $20, $50 and $100 notes? Does anyone on this forum have these $5 and $10 folders for sale, or know someone who does?
