Title: 2003 BEK non-insert note

Hi all. I have this 2003 non-insert note and I was wondering what the consensus would be as to grade and possible value right now, as Charlton seems to be somewhat out of touch regarding the current market value...

In Unc condition they are now selling upwards of $400. Yours is a VF? If thats the case you'd probably get $150 at least.
