Title: 2002 $5 bill

Hi,
I have a misprinted $5 bill from the 2002 issue.  It looks as tho'
a piece of paper was over the note when it was printed as half
of Laurier's face is missing along with the CANADA FIVE DOLLARS
printing.  The back is absolutely fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi Sue, if you acn send a link to a scan, then a decent diagnosis can be given.

Also, I am very curious about the serial number (And Prefix) of the note?

Where was this note found? Is it Circulated?
