Just a quick question to you guys out there
I had heard a while back that the CPMS was going to publish a copy of their register of Canadian Bank Notes. Is this still in the works for the near future?
Also has someone out there taken the liberty of creating a site that would keep track of the updated register as notes are being discovered? :-?
Thank you all very much for your time

BMJW has a wiki site that does that

Thanks for the info
I checked it out and it looks GREAT! Very well detailed and informative. With enaugh support we can surely list most of these remaining notes.
Any ETA on when the chartered section will be ready? :)

There is no firm ETA on when the CPMS' registers will be made available. The only thing that was resolved from the CPMS meeting in July '06 was that the registers be collected from their various locations and sent to me.
As I understand it, there is some concern about publishing the lists on the Internet for all to access. Creating a restricted access site seems to be more work than the CPMS wants to involve themselves with, and a book is a one-shot deal, plus it is costly. Beyond collecting the lists together, the rest has been deferred for a later time.
