Unless they are uncirculated, probably $275, more if you put them into your RRSP.

$20.00 bill 1954 M/E7270274 is a changeover prefix. If this one is in nice condition it may find a home with a changeover collector.

As stated above they are only worth face value in circulated condition maybe a little bit more. A scan or picture would help to judge condition.
They are worth $1,400 if in perfect uncirculated condition.
As you can see condition determines value.

October, your $2 bill is a "Devil's Face" issue. Take a look in the Queen's hair and you will see it is different from your other notes. This one is worth somewhat more, between $12 and $275, depending on the grade. But more likely closer to the lower value.
