Title: Personilized Picture wont Show

Hi. Im wondering why my personilized picture isnt visible on mine. I put a valid url but will show a square with an x. Im wondering why its doing this. Thanks :)

Maybe it is too big.  PM me the url and later when I get back I will see what I can do.
