I seem to be a little perplexed here.  

Prefix AWE Under 1600000 seems to be worth more then a AWM.  AWM is a changeover.  Whatis so special about AWE and AWH.  Can anyone give me some info on this

AWE below 160000 are replacement (not under 1600000 as you stated ;)) and not everybody has caught one... :-/
