I had a look at a $20 bird this weekend with prefix and serial number EOX 0000499. The note was circulated and pulled as an error because the OSD had not been added to the note. Eventually someone noticed the odd prefix and serial number. I was told that the BoC confirmed it as an internal test note. Does anyone have any further info on this note. If it has been confirmed It should be included in Charlton.

So is it logical to assume there were at least 499 of these notes issued?
